Here is my original CanadaAM interview from many years ago, and notice
how I explain how important it is to LISTEN to the woman when picking up
a woman because it allows you to provide the most powerful feedback,
and how the host explains this using the terms "you can pick up ON what
they're saying" instead of just being so focused on "picking up women"
in the generic sense of being too OUTCOME dependent:
And NO ONE ELSE has ever used this term
in any public clear way as a regular thing...but of course this too was
copied like all my other good stuff, without giving me an ounce of
credit. So this guy puts up a video of Neil Strauss, saying he "picks up
ON Jessica Alba" because his original title was probably something insane like "Neil Strauss PICKS UP Jessica Alba" when OBVIOUSLY he doesn't and she goes back home and makes love to her actual man!
Quick question--so he GOT BRITNEY SPEARS, RIGHT???? RIGHT???? HE HAS TONS OF PROOF THAT BRITNEY SPEARS WAS DREAMING ABOUT HIM AND THEY MADE LOVE!!!!
In reality-zero proof, even zero proof of A SHRED of proof of ANYTHING regarding "seducing" Britney Spears. Not that she represents the kind of woman that had her act together in any respect.
But it doesn't matter! Because 99% of the guys who worshiped and who worship these guys don't even seriously TALK to women or even PLAN TO TALK to women-they would rather just spurt out some memorized lines and they would rather live vicariously through the "legendary" stories and youtube videos of their pick up artist gods, and then go back to discussing which guru is the best,-----but far be it from them to actually try to get a GOOD GIRL, a woman who isn't promiscuous, drunk, etc, which is what 99% of the women in most pick up artist videos are-either half drunk or tipsy or out at the clubs or just plain old fake videos from the moment they hit "record".
Getting a great woman might take some REAL SOCIAL SKILLS!!!!!! And that would be WAYYY too much to ask these guys to learn.So these "gurus" just give them the easy bait--"HERE'S HOW TO GET LAID TONIGHT!!! ALL WOMEN ARE THE SAME, AND ANY WOMAN THAT DOESN'T WANT TO JUMP INTO BED WITH YOU IS A WOMAN WITH SERIOUS ISSUES THAT IS A PRUDE!!!"
This particular detail regarding "picking up ON what women are saying" as opposed to "picking up women"...might sound like a little detail, but in a way that is even more of
a sign of how even the little nuances of ANYTHING I am associated with later gets taken
and used to try to whitewash the trashy pick-up artist crowd....Neil isn't picking up on anything here regarding Jessica Alba...
And more importantly, never an ounce of credit given to me regarding how important it is to listen to the woman as opposed to memorizing pick up lines..(and remember, at the time Strauss gave this interview, he was FRESH off the fame of his book The Game that was TOTALLY about PICK--LINES, NEGS, AND MEMORIZED ROUTINES.
And again-this is ESPECIALLY crazy
considering that this particular Jimmy Kimmel interview is from the time
of the book The Game, where the ENTIRE FOCUS IS ON MANIPULATIVE TACTICS
AND THE LAST THING ON EARTH WAS ABOUT TRULY RESPECTING A WOMAN AND
ACTUALLY REALLY LISTENING SO YOU CAN HAVE A GENUINE CONVERSATION THAT
WAS MEANINGFUL.
I was the guy who got RID of pick-up lines when the entire pick-up artist movement was BRAINWASHED and WORSHIPED the "gurus" who SWORE that using pick up lines and memorized ROUTINES was the BEST AND ONLY way to go to attract women!
I was also the guy who LONG BEFORE DAVID DEANGELO'S "ManTransformation" program, was teaching men that if you want to get a GOOD woman, it's going to be VERY different than just learning how to get into bed quickly with a promiscuous woman.
And I was the guy who also taught that it's not about "direct" or "indirect" but about actually having a full, strong, warm, intelligent, caring, compelling personality conveyed in the space of a relatively brief conversation, and I taught how you can learn to do this SPONTANEOUSLY.
And I was the guy who showed how most of the pick-up methods popular at the time such as "push and pull", or "cocky and funny", or "negs", were RUINING trust even if they were creating SOME attraction in SOME of the situations, and I not only taught how to create attraction while SIMULTANEOUSLY building trust, but I also proved it in front of journalists from major newspapers ranging from the Toronto Star to the Globe and Mail.
And yet, do these pick-up artist companies give any credit to me, even though they have had to re-write their ENTIRE books on pick-up because of me? Of course not, as that might mean actually doing the right thing, and considering these guys were perfectly happy to screw up guys by teaching them the kind of advice that would cause the VERY BEST WOMEN--the kind of women you would really want as your "ONE AND ONLY"--- to RUN AWAY from any guy who used those insane tactics that DESTROY trust--it's not surprising they wouldn't do the right thing by giving me credit either for all the good things I've done for men who REALLY want to get a great woman.

Perspective Taking & 'State Vs. Calibration' For Attracting Women
There is this huge misunderstanding among men who study attraction techniques or "PUA" tactics for attracting women, and it boils down to this question:
"What's more important for attracting women-being in the right STATE OF MIND, or being able to CALIBRATE properly?"
State of mind refers to being in that state where you are confident, optimistic, sexual, dominant, flirty, playful, relaxed-all that good stuff!
Calibration refers to being able to use all the various techniques of attraction and connection properly-in the right amounts, at the right time. So for example, calibration would include playfully teasing a woman when you first approach her, but not right in middle of you and her making love!
I give this obvious example to make my point clear, however calibration refers to far more nuanced and subtle things as well. It means knowing when a woman is actually testing you, and when she is just truly being playful and funny. It means knowing exactly when to stop playfully teasing and progress the interaction forward. It means knowing when you've screwed up and apologizing. It means knowing when to kiss, and when to pull back to create more sexual tension. It means all this and so much, much, MUCH more.
But the answer to what is more important all depends on the INDIVIDUAL.
Some men are NATURALLY great at calibrating; they have amazing social skills with ALL human beings, but when it comes to approaching women out of the blue, or even women in general who they want to attract, there is fear, anxiety, insecurity that FREEZES them up.
And because of THAT, they can't access their mental processors for CALIBRATING. Their brains are too busy being FROZEN because they have gone into FIGHT/FLIGHT/FREEZE as a result of the AMYGDALA in the brain being triggered by stress. The amygdala SHUTS down all the thinking and turns on the biology to prepare you for DANGER. As if a tiger is about to jump at you. And your brain doesn't think then-it just causes your body to react physically and your mind emotionally-and not in a productive way.
So for a guy like that, it's ALL about STATE OF MIND. If he can get into the right state of mind again, then he can naturally access his CALIBRATION SKILLS if he already has them.
For HIM, it is also true that calibration skills are SUPER IMPORTANT, but since he already has them, he doesn't have to worry-HE has to work on his STATE OF MIND.
But for other men, they may be totally OBLIVIOUS to fear or anxiety or giving a damn about what anyone thinks at all, to a point that this is actually a FAULT. They may be in a GREAT state of mind, but they lack the ability to truly engage in maximum PERSPECTIVE TAKING, and CALIBRATION requires MASTERING the skill of PERSPECTIVE TAKING!
Perspective taking means you can truly feel and sense what it is like to be ANOTHER person. So if you want to calibrate properly, you must be able to SENSE what it feels like for HER to be on the RECEIVING end of whatever you are saying and doing with her. This is a SKILL.
In fact, calibration is IMPOSSIBLE without highly developed PERSPECTIVE TAKING skills.
And what is so funny is that 99% of the guys who talk about being ALPHA completely UNDERESTIMATE the absolutely MASSIVE ROLE of perspective taking.
They think that being ALPHA means NOT caring what SHE is thinking and feeling, when in reality this stuff is EVERYTHING! They mistake the idea of "not seeking approval" with truly not CARING or FEELING what she is feeling or thinking.
How can you know if you are teasing too much and it's time to go into deeper rapport, if you can't actually FEEL and UNDERSTAND the interaction from HER perspective? After all, you aren't calibrating for yourself, you are calibrating to get HER!
It's also ironic how this stuff is SO important, and yet you can see how LITTLE most of the so called "experts" really know about perspective taking, and even worse, how little they actually INTUITIVELY AND EMOTIONALLY feel perspective taking, because they FILM WOMEN WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION and put them up on the internet!!!! Even the greatest ignoramus in the world could see that this is something that women would feel BAD about, but there is so horrifyingly LITTLE perspective taking ability or feeling in these guys that they go right ahead and do it anyway.
There is so much out there about being ALPHA that actually is NOT true. The TRUE alpha GETS the woman, and since perspective taking and the ability to truly FEEL what she is feeling, and the ability to feel and understand her perspective is INTEGRAL to your success in getting the woman, PERSPECTIVE TAKING is therefore an absolutely FUNDAMENTAL part of being a successful ALPHA-MALE.
And it's also important to understand how perspective taking and calibration go hand-in-hand. For example, if you are in a CONFIDENT state of mind, then you will not negatively DISTORT the things a woman says and does. This means you will be better at perspective taking accurately, and allow you to CALIBRATE your response perfectly.
In my video, I give the example of a mind-blowing woman who was at my place, and she mentioned how my TV is from the 1960s. If I was in a bad state of mind, a weak state of mind, an insecure state of mind, I would have felt threatened, insulted, or challenged, and I would have thought I had to "strike back" to get her down to size and off her pedestal. That would have RUINED the entire vibe and DESTROYED the attraction.
But the fact is, being in a great state of mind helped me understand she was being PLAYFUL. Not only could I tell from her tonality, but also because she HERSELF was calibrating her humor very INTELLIGENTLY.
The reason I say this is because one of the great ways to CALIBRATE a playful tease is to make sure that the thing you are saying cannot be interpreted seriously by anyone with common sense. So the fact is, there is NO REALISTIC WAY that she ACTUALLY thought the TV was from the 60s and that it was 57 years old!
That is PROOF she didn't REALLY mean it. (Notice that SHE was calibrating properly.)
And of course, even if she did mean it, it really doesn't matter much one way or another, as far as what the INTELLIGENT response should be, right?
So I did what I FELT like doing, based on my state of mind AND my understanding of the situation-I thought it was FUNNY, so I LAUGHED. It was the perfect response, and it allowed us both to laugh and move AHEAD, as neither one of us had TV in mind.
And we never ended up watching TV that night ;)

The IRONY Behind "How To Know If A Woman Is Attracted"
Millions of men around the world are focused on "how to know if a woman is attracted" or not, and the truth of the matter is that the answer to this question is very simple.
The simple and honest answer is that if a woman is spending time around you, and smiling a lot at you, and making herself available to you, and being particularly complimentary, and if you are out with her and she finds reasons to stay out longer with you, THESE are the kinds of things that let you know she is attracted and interested in you.
But if you look around the internet, you will see that this question, when addressed by so called PUAs and "attraction experts" becomes something that gets artificially turned into ASTRO-PHYSICS in terms of making it complicated.
Whether it is focusing on the angle of her head, the way she is crossing her legs, the angle she adjusts her hair to while talking to you, the way she is licking her lips, and on and on and on AD INFINITUM-it is just making the matter CONFUSING instead of making it SIMPLE, which it IS-this part is SIMPLE.
Now I could have joined the ranks of these folks who make it seem way more complicated and who CONFUSE men by OBFUSCATING the truth. But I didn't.
Do you know why they do this stuff?
Why they try to confuse you?
So that you think they are SO SMART, so much smarter than you, to make you think that EVERY aspect of dating is impossible without them, so that you will refer to them and think even more highly of them.
But here's the thing: I already KNOW which aspects of attraction and dating really ARE complicated and require more special practice and which parts are simple. There is NO NEED to over-complicate things that don't NEED to be complicated.
It boils down to business versus focusing on actually helping people.
The two can go hand-in-hand, but they often do NOT.
Since day ONE, over 14 years ago, I have been quietly helping thousands of men around the world, NOT on confusing men with "advice" that actually screws men up.
In other words, if you don't think you can attract a woman, you will be VERY OBSESSED on making sure you find the women who are giving you strong signals, before you even do ANYTHING with any of them.
You will want to look for SIGNALS of interest rather than being focused on PROACTIVELY triggering that attraction.
And this is the WRONG HEAD SPACE to be in when it comes to attracting women.
It leads to being the kind of guy who walks into a room where there are women, and just hoping to get SIGNALS from women, so that he can avoid all possible risk to his ego by actually gathering up the courage to MAKE the approach and do the best he can.
And women find that attitude UNATTRACTIVE.
It's SO much better to "FLIP THE SCRIPT", and instead of being focused on whether she likes you, to focus on BEING THE CONFIDENT, CHARISMATIC man that will IGNITE her attraction to you.
Women WANT the proactive, confident man who MAKES things happen instead of being the kind of man who is so insecure he can only go where everything is a sure thing and there is zero courage required.
In my own life, and in my own bootcamps, where guys end up getting the best women, the BEST women NEVER make it easy at ALL! If my students were so obsessed with signals of interest from the beginning, they would NEVER endure through the pick-up to the point where she turns from just being NEUTRAL to actually being ATTRACTED.
This is the FUN of it, and it makes it so much more exciting for BOTH you and the woman because you feel the thrill of the chase, and she feels the thrill of giving herself to a real man who lets NOTHING stand in his way.
If these guys were OVER-ANALYZING trivial things like the angle of her hair as she flips it back, they would be too deep into the INSECURE mind-set to be able to UNLEASH the attractive side of their personality and just let it all FLOW out.
You can't be in TWO opposite mindsets at once. If you are too focused on worrying about whether she is attracted or not, you are NOT in the mindset of being FREE and UNREPRESSED and NOT WORRIED about how much she likes what you are doing or not.
So if you are too busy trying to see if she is attracted, you simply CAN'T free yourself to be YOU in the best sense of that word, and attracting women REQUIRES that you actually feel FREE OF THE REPRESSIVE FORCES of insecurity, shame, political correctness, etc.
Do you see how MASSIVE my point is here? The very obsession with "signals" from her is what SCREWS YOU UP!!!!
But meanwhile, do these dating coaches, PUAs, and other so called experts talk about this?
NO.
They don't, because they FEED off of insecurity and need to FUEL insecurity; they get half a million HITS on YouTube with videos on this topic giving screwed up advice on "how to know if a woman is attracted or not".
And I've been in this field since day ONE. All that time, never engaging in b.s.

Whether it is focusing on the angle of her head, the way she is crossing her legs, the angle she adjusts her hair to while talking to you, the way she is licking her lips, and on and on and on AD INFINITUM-it is just making the matter CONFUSING instead of making it SIMPLE, which it IS-this part is SIMPLE.
Now I could have joined the ranks of these folks who make it seem way more complicated and who CONFUSE men by OBFUSCATING the truth. But I didn't.
Do you know why they do this stuff?
Why they try to confuse you?
So that you think they are SO SMART, so much smarter than you, to make you think that EVERY aspect of dating is impossible without them, so that you will refer to them and think even more highly of them.
But here's the thing: I already KNOW which aspects of attraction and dating really ARE complicated and require more special practice and which parts are simple. There is NO NEED to over-complicate things that don't NEED to be complicated.
It boils down to business versus focusing on actually helping people.
The two can go hand-in-hand, but they often do NOT.
Since day ONE, over 14 years ago, I have been quietly helping thousands of men around the world, NOT on confusing men with "advice" that actually screws men up.
THE RIGHT MINDSET
There is something even MORE messed up about being so obsessed on "the signals" a woman is giving you to show she is attracted, and that is that it reflects INSECURITY, and it FEEDS your insecurity.In other words, if you don't think you can attract a woman, you will be VERY OBSESSED on making sure you find the women who are giving you strong signals, before you even do ANYTHING with any of them.
You will want to look for SIGNALS of interest rather than being focused on PROACTIVELY triggering that attraction.
And this is the WRONG HEAD SPACE to be in when it comes to attracting women.
It leads to being the kind of guy who walks into a room where there are women, and just hoping to get SIGNALS from women, so that he can avoid all possible risk to his ego by actually gathering up the courage to MAKE the approach and do the best he can.
And women find that attitude UNATTRACTIVE.
It's SO much better to "FLIP THE SCRIPT", and instead of being focused on whether she likes you, to focus on BEING THE CONFIDENT, CHARISMATIC man that will IGNITE her attraction to you.
Women WANT the proactive, confident man who MAKES things happen instead of being the kind of man who is so insecure he can only go where everything is a sure thing and there is zero courage required.
In my own life, and in my own bootcamps, where guys end up getting the best women, the BEST women NEVER make it easy at ALL! If my students were so obsessed with signals of interest from the beginning, they would NEVER endure through the pick-up to the point where she turns from just being NEUTRAL to actually being ATTRACTED.
This is the FUN of it, and it makes it so much more exciting for BOTH you and the woman because you feel the thrill of the chase, and she feels the thrill of giving herself to a real man who lets NOTHING stand in his way.
If these guys were OVER-ANALYZING trivial things like the angle of her hair as she flips it back, they would be too deep into the INSECURE mind-set to be able to UNLEASH the attractive side of their personality and just let it all FLOW out.
You can't be in TWO opposite mindsets at once. If you are too focused on worrying about whether she is attracted or not, you are NOT in the mindset of being FREE and UNREPRESSED and NOT WORRIED about how much she likes what you are doing or not.
So if you are too busy trying to see if she is attracted, you simply CAN'T free yourself to be YOU in the best sense of that word, and attracting women REQUIRES that you actually feel FREE OF THE REPRESSIVE FORCES of insecurity, shame, political correctness, etc.
Do you see how MASSIVE my point is here? The very obsession with "signals" from her is what SCREWS YOU UP!!!!
But meanwhile, do these dating coaches, PUAs, and other so called experts talk about this?
NO.
They don't, because they FEED off of insecurity and need to FUEL insecurity; they get half a million HITS on YouTube with videos on this topic giving screwed up advice on "how to know if a woman is attracted or not".
And I've been in this field since day ONE. All that time, never engaging in b.s.

How To DESTROY Any Man Trying To Steal Your Girlfriend Or The Woman You're "Picking Up"
One of the greatest fears that men have is LOSING a woman to some OTHER guy, and today I'm going to show you how to DESTROY any guy who is trying to do this to you, whether it is a woman you are in middle of "picking up" or whether it is a woman who is already your girlfriend.
It is CRUCIAL that you MASTER this stuff, because on a DEEP GUT LEVEL, a woman's FEELINGS about you are affected by the WAY you react to these situations. Showing a LOSS of power, a LOSS of confidence, or showing some kind of NEEDINESS or FEAR on your part will cause her to FEEL LESS ATTRACTION for you.
And so the irony is that your FEAR itself can actually create a "self-fulfilling prophecy" and make her LOSE attraction for you, and make the other guy seem COOLER and more desirable.

The Attraction-Rapport Paradox
When it comes to attracting women, things
often seem to go AGAINST logic.
And let me bring you a MASSIVE one
today-so massive in fact, that in
some ways THIS is the EPICENTER
of EVERYTHING when it comes to
the actual HOW-TO of attracting
women ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.
It's about using the THREE STATES
OF RAPPORT at the RIGHT time.
These three states of rapport are:
1. NEUTRAL RAPPORT
2. SEEKING RAPPORT
3. BREAKING RAPPORT
So what do MOST men do when they see a
woman they want to attract?
They INSTINCTIVELY go into "SEEKING
RAPPORT" mode.
Things like compliments, agreeing,
doing favors, etc.
The reason men do it is because they
feel they BETTER do it, to get on
her "good" side.
The IRONY is, that this very FEELING
that there is a NEED to get on HER
good side instead of it being the
other way around is the PROBLEM.
And so this feeling is telling the
woman, through your "seeking rapport"
behavior, that you are NOT WORTHY
of her, and so what you are doing
INSTEAD of being worthy is giving her
ALL THESE OTHER THINGS-let's call
them COMPENSATION PRIZES, or CONSOLATION
PRIZES, for not ACTUALLY GETTING
THE REAL THING SHE WANTS.
So OF COURSE if YOU YOURSELF are telling
her that you ARE NOT what she wants,
so of course SHE will feel you are not
what she really wants.
And NO ONE wants the "compensation prize".
In fact, we all want MORE THAN WE THINK
WE ACTUALLY DESERVE.
So human beings aren't even happy with
getting what they SHOULD get; they actually
want MORE than is fair.
Like that line in SCARFACE, "Never underestimate
the other guy's greed!".
So she TOO wants MORE than she feels she SHOULD
get, when it comes to a man in her life, and
here most men are making it clear not only
that they aren't her EQUAL, they are coming
across as BENEATH her!!!!
So OF COURSE she is REPULSED!!!
Now, the trick is to REALIZE also that even
the very FEW men who DO learn this lesson,
STILL usually screw up when they DO try to
apply this idea of breaking rapport.
In their effort to break rapport, they often
come across as MISERABLE, MEAN-SPIRITED,
AND BITTER.
And that is just as bad as "seeking rapport".
It shows LACK of value, because it shows that
something is WRONG, that he is bitter, and
in the very primitive emotional center of
the human mind, that comes across to others,
including the woman, bitterness tends to
automatically be equated to inferiority.
Almost as if the guy must be bitter because
he CAN'T get women. I'm not saying this is
ACTUALLY what is happening with a guy, but
it comes ACROSS that way to women.
So the trick is to break rapport in a
PLAYFUL WAY, AND TO CALIBRATE THIS PROPERLY.
In my video above, I went into some details about
how to do this as well. And yet, what you have seen
is truly just the TIP of the ICEBERG.

often seem to go AGAINST logic.
And let me bring you a MASSIVE one
today-so massive in fact, that in
some ways THIS is the EPICENTER
of EVERYTHING when it comes to
the actual HOW-TO of attracting
women ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.
It's about using the THREE STATES
OF RAPPORT at the RIGHT time.
These three states of rapport are:
1. NEUTRAL RAPPORT
2. SEEKING RAPPORT
3. BREAKING RAPPORT
So what do MOST men do when they see a
woman they want to attract?
They INSTINCTIVELY go into "SEEKING
RAPPORT" mode.
Things like compliments, agreeing,
doing favors, etc.
The reason men do it is because they
feel they BETTER do it, to get on
her "good" side.
The IRONY is, that this very FEELING
that there is a NEED to get on HER
good side instead of it being the
other way around is the PROBLEM.
And so this feeling is telling the
woman, through your "seeking rapport"
behavior, that you are NOT WORTHY
of her, and so what you are doing
INSTEAD of being worthy is giving her
ALL THESE OTHER THINGS-let's call
them COMPENSATION PRIZES, or CONSOLATION
PRIZES, for not ACTUALLY GETTING
THE REAL THING SHE WANTS.
So OF COURSE if YOU YOURSELF are telling
her that you ARE NOT what she wants,
so of course SHE will feel you are not
what she really wants.
And NO ONE wants the "compensation prize".
In fact, we all want MORE THAN WE THINK
WE ACTUALLY DESERVE.
So human beings aren't even happy with
getting what they SHOULD get; they actually
want MORE than is fair.
Like that line in SCARFACE, "Never underestimate
the other guy's greed!".
So she TOO wants MORE than she feels she SHOULD
get, when it comes to a man in her life, and
here most men are making it clear not only
that they aren't her EQUAL, they are coming
across as BENEATH her!!!!
So OF COURSE she is REPULSED!!!
Now, the trick is to REALIZE also that even
the very FEW men who DO learn this lesson,
STILL usually screw up when they DO try to
apply this idea of breaking rapport.
In their effort to break rapport, they often
come across as MISERABLE, MEAN-SPIRITED,
AND BITTER.
And that is just as bad as "seeking rapport".
It shows LACK of value, because it shows that
something is WRONG, that he is bitter, and
in the very primitive emotional center of
the human mind, that comes across to others,
including the woman, bitterness tends to
automatically be equated to inferiority.
Almost as if the guy must be bitter because
he CAN'T get women. I'm not saying this is
ACTUALLY what is happening with a guy, but
it comes ACROSS that way to women.
So the trick is to break rapport in a
PLAYFUL WAY, AND TO CALIBRATE THIS PROPERLY.

Inner Game And Being A Man With Women
There are two crucial aspects of attracting women that go hand-in-hand, and are PARTICULARLY important these days when it comes to attracting women. These two things are your "inner game" and being more of a MAN with women.
When you combine the power that an attractive woman has over men, with the added power that feminism gives women in the sense of STRIPPING men of their own power and draining men of their confidence when it comes to women, the result is that most men are turned into MINCED MEAT in their efforts to attract women.
Then on top of that, you also have this major issue of men behaving in IMMATURE ways today. As much as I love movies, video games, and comic books, these things cannot be the over-riding traits that describe a man, if he wants to attract women. And whether we like it or not, immaturity harms a man much more than it harms a woman. A woman will exude infinite sexual power simply by looking attractive, but the same is not true with men.
Women, especially young women, don't want BOYS. They want MEN. And they want men who BEHAVE like men. This includes a general tendency to not complain much, to handle their own world, to be in control of their reality, and to be able to even handle an attractive woman who may have just a bit of an attitude and who actually finds it ATTRACTIVE when a man can make sure she does NOT walk all over him.
On a fundamental level, in a world where an attractive woman can get ANY MAN by snapping her fingers, and where these women have SEEN EVERY LAME-ASS PICK-UP TACTIC from men THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF TIMES, one of the BIGGEST mental steps you have to take internally is being willing to WALK AWAY from a GORGEOUS woman. You have to be really willing to "cash that cheque" mentally, in order to BEHAVE in the right ways with women at all times.
Also, when it comes to pick up, many men fail because they use GOOFY humor, which is a sign of lack of confidence. Why is this? It's because goofy humor says outright that it is goofy, so it's like an excuse you are giving for not being GENUINELY funny--and using excuses for yourself is a form of QUALIFYING yourself. Plus, goofy humor is often when you're laughing at your own incompetence, which LOWERS YOUR VALUE even further.
Women want men who exude POWER, who aren't so afraid of failure they are already starting with excuses before they even start the actual pick-up!

The Power Of A GOOD Woman
I want to get right to the point: The single greatest motivating force for a man to become all he can be, is being with a great woman. At the same time, the wrong woman will destroy a man, and she will do it in in EVERY way: Emotionally, physically, and financially.
So meeting the RIGHT woman is of absolute PARAMOUNT importance. You can see this kind of thing in the biography of almost EVERY successful man, ever. For example, Sylvester Stallone, the guy who wrote and starred in ROCKY, was a struggling actor for many years, when he finally got interest in his screenplay for the movie ROCKY.
His wife, named Sasha, was COMPLETELY supportive of his goals. They were in POVERTY, but they didn't give up. He would go on audition after audition, and he also kept on writing screenplays, with very little success. They even had a new baby, and they were still in massive POVERTY.
When the studio discovered his script for ROCKY, they wanted to BUY his script, for what was a LARGE amount of money back then (not enough to be wealthy for life, but more money than he had ever seen in his life before), but they were dead-set AGAINST having him actually PLAY Rocky in the film. They wanted the film to star some other actor, an actor who was famous at the time, like Robert Redford. They absolutely did NOT want Stallone to star in the film at ALL.
They had ZERO confidence in him in the lead role, because he was not a famous star, and also they had no idea that he could really be so great in the film as an actor.
But Stallone knew this was the film he was BORN to do.
He discussed the situation with his Sasha his wife.
He told her the truth, that the studio was willing to buy the script from him for a small fortune, but they didn't want to have him act in the movie.
That money that he could have sold the script for was something they could DESPERATELY use in their poverty, especially with a new BABY they just had.
But Sasha STOOD by her man, she SUPPORTED him, she AGREED that this was the role he was BORN to play.
And the rest is HISTORY.
He stood his ground with the studio, they agreed to put him as the star but paid him very little, and they also gave the film a tiny shoe-string budget because they didn't believe the movie would succeed very much, so they wanted to reduce their financial risks.
Because of that film, starring him, he proved his ability, and he went on to create an iconic character that is known the world over, and he also went on to make another super-successful franchise known as Rambo.
However, at a certain point in his success, he fell for the WRONG woman, and totally screwed up his marriage to Sasha.
And I don't think it was a coincidence that he lost his way, and started to make a bunch of really weak films-films that just weren't exciting, funny, or compelling. Films where he wasn't really paying attention to the story or the performances. Films that he agrees to this day were really pretty forgettable, and that almost DESTROYED his career PERMANENTLY.
He also fell into a depression, and then this same woman who was wrong for him also took him for his MONEY and hurt him financially as well. This same woman was also rumored to be unfaithful too.
And I can go on and on, where men who were with amazing, supportive women, and who fueled them to MASSIVE heights, then got lost on their path and got caught up with the wrong woman and ruined it ALL.
Remember Tiger Woods?
Do you think it's a COINCIDENCE that he started screwing around with porn stars and ruined his career?
And now, more than ever, MEN are being BOMBARDED by the WRONG women, whether it is from third-wave feminist corrupted women, or whether it is by the promiscuous and/or the drunk types of women that so many PUAs tend to RELY on as the "supply source" for their students in pick-up.
